About Us
How we got here:
Three people with individual passions, discussions and planning for 2.5 years, each of us getting the urge/the call to action. Brendon has been working with young men in his community for years assisting/coaching them in sports. Aundrea has been working with youth in the community at afterschool programs for years. Marci has been very active in the community as a council member with a focus on youth activities for years. Each of us noticing a void in social development skills for our youth. We started meeting and developing our program for filling these voids.

OUR PURPOSE - OUR VISION
Bridging the gap between adolescence and adulthood with connection, community, and commitment to empowering and exposing our youth to their limitless opportunities.
PROGRAM FOCUS
A total of 10 boys and 10 girls that are middle and high school students. Middle school students are prepared for the seriousness of high school. High school students are prepared for independent adult life, graduate school, technical school, trade school, the work force and entrepreneurship.
OUR MISSION- OUR GOAL
Provide the stepping stones to foster a seamless transition into our youth’s best selves by becoming effective change agents for a better future through community involvement as well as improved socialization and development skills.
THE BIG PICTURE
It is our long-term goal to copywrite our program and assist other cities to implement an Elevate Mentoring Program for their city using the templates we’ve created.
